That's Monsters of Rock PDX
These rock events held only a few times in year in the Portland area draw big crowds, and top-tier talent to a club near you. Prior events have had members of Stone In Love, American Bastard, Static, Walk the Walk, Ants in the Kitchen, Throwback Suburbia, Junkyard Dogs, Tank Mango, and more, come together on stage to create "super bands" for songs throughout the set.
